Third-Party Services

Bexio

• Create expense entries on your behalf

Revolut

We have no direct access to your Revolut account. The only data we can access is what you manually import through our interface.

For each imported transaction, we only keep:

• The unique transaction ID
• The transaction date

This information is stored for a specific purpose:

• To count the number of transactions imported for your account
• To avoid duplicating the same transaction in Bexio

All other data from your Revolut transactions (amounts, descriptions, categories, etc.) are:

• Used only during import to Bexio
• Immediately deleted after processing
• Never permanently stored on our servers

Stripe

We use Stripe to securely process your payments. When you make a payment:

• Your payment information is directly transmitted to Stripe
• We never store your credit card information
• We only receive a payment confirmation from Stripe

• The unit price per transaction
• The payment status

This information is kept for:

• Managing your available transaction balance
• Providing you with a purchase history
